Areas of application

In many industrial processes, exact and continuous humidity and temperature measurement are indispensible. The most important areas of application for the hygrotest are;

  1. continuous monitoring and controlling of climate (e.g. production air quality and storage)
  2. industrial production/humidity processes (e.g. drying)

All models fulfil high demands made on humidity measurement accuracy and long-term stability, some models even the very highest. Applications in air conditioning systems

In air conditioning systems there are three potential measurement points for the hygrotest outside the air conditioned rooms. First the condition of the outside air A is determined, after filtration, cooling/heating and if necessary humidification/dehumidification the condition of the input air B is recorded. The third measurement point is in the convection air C. The data from A and B assist in the control of the input air conditioning, the data from A and C, on the other hand decide the position of the flaps in the mixing chamber (outside air and convection air mixture). (see illustration below).
